Fan Pan Philly Cheese Steaks






If you like Steak, if you like Philly cheese steak sandwiches, if you just like great food, you have got to try our
Fan Pan Philly Cheese Steak


Ingredients for baking:

2 Sub rolls, halved
4 Petite Sirloin Steaks
1 chopped Green Pepper
1 chopped Red Pepper
1 chopped white Onion
8 pieces Provolone Cheese
Sliced Mushrooms (optional)
Sliced Jalapenos (optional)

Instructions for baking:

1.     Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.     Slice the Steaks about ¾ of the way through every ½ inch or so and sear in frying pan, set aside
3.     Cook the peppers and onions until almost tender
4.     Place the steaks on the Fan Pan and stuff the cuts in the steak with the pepper and onion mixture
5.     Place back in oven and cook for about 25 mins until steak almost at desired doneness. 
6.     Take steaks from oven, top with mushrooms and jalapenos (if desired) and top with 2 pieces each of provolone cheese
7.     Place back in oven and cook until the cheese is melted
8.     Eat just like they are or put the steaks on ½ of a toasted sub roll, serve open face and enjoy!

Fan Pan Spicy Parmesan Zucchini


Fan Pan spicy parmesan zucchini


Even the most ardent zucchini haters love this one.  perfect blend of spice and texture.  

Ingredients for baking:

2 medium zucchinis
1 tbls olive oil
1 tsp pepper flakes
1 tsp minced garlic
¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions for baking:

1.     Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2.     Slice zucchini, using the chop stick method, starting from the middle to the outside, cutting in ¾ inch widths
3.     Place zucchini onto fan pan, spray with olive oil, cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes
4.     Remove foil, lightly brush zucchini with mixed olive oil, pepper flakes and garlic, letting mixture drizzle into fanned out sections
5.     Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes
6.     Remove zucchini from fan pan and place onto serving dish and enjoy
