What is taking the Fan Pan so long to release???

That is a good question, the patent process has been much more expensive and time consuming than I ever dreamed, I hope this picture clears up what we have been doing:

On the bright side, we are getting close to 2 seperate utility patents and 1 design patent, good news and about time.  We have revamped our website and are working again with manufacturing to finally get this show on the road.  Be looking for updates on a regular schedule, and join our Mailing list for the latest recipes and to be able to order once production is underway.  Thanks for your support and patience, it's going to be worth the wait!
